The Conference fee is non-refundable. If you are required to cancel for any reason, an associate may substitute for you and attend in your place. Please contact APECHRConference2019@marriott.com to arrange.
The Conference Fee is 1,500 USD net and includes:

- Attendance at plenary and discipline breakout sessions
- F&B breaks and lunches each day
- Gala Dinner
Please note the Conference Fee excludes:
- Travel to and from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia including airport transfers
- Accommodation (to be booked by attendees directly, see further information below)
- Any incidental charges during your stay (these should be settled directly with the hotel upon departure)
Please note if you are attending the Conference but live locally in Kuala Lumpur and do not require accommodation, the same Conference fee applies.
