| When is the registration deadline? | ||
| All registrations must be made before August 19th 2019 at the lastest. Registrations made after this date may not be guaranteed. | ||
| What is the cancellation policy? | ||
| The conference fee is non-refundable. If you are required to cancel for any reason, a colleague may substitute for you and attend in your place. Please contact APECHRConference2019@marriott.com to arrange. | ||
| Are attendee substitutions permitted? | ||
| If you are not able to attend or are required to cancel for any reason, an associate may substitute for you and attend in your place. | ||

| How do I pick up my event badge? | ||

On arrival, please collect your badge from the Main Registration area located at the Lower Lobby Level. You will need to wear your name badge at all times throughout the Conference. |

Breakfast Please have breakfast at your hotel before making your way to the venue. Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be served before the Conference starts. Lunch Lunch is provided in various locations throughout the The Westin Kuala Lumpur during the programme. You will be advised on the Mobile App of your daily lunch location and timings. Refreshments Tea, coffee and refreshments will be served throughout the conference. Evening Events Sunday, 8 September: The Welcome Party will be held for all guests at Splash, The Westin Kuala Lumpur at 5.30PM. Monday, 9 September: The Gala Dinner will be held in the Great Room, W Kuala Lumpur from 6.45PM. Busses will leave The Westin Kuala Lumpur from the main poach from 6.20PM onwards. Wednesday, 11 September: Bid-goodbye will be held for all guests at 443 Bar & Lounge @ Lower Lobby, The Westin Kuala Lumpur at 5.00PM. Remaining evenings are “on-your-own" and there’s a wide variety of restaurants throughout Kuala Lumpur from which to choose. Please talk to the team at our Concierge if you would like further information and recommendations. |
